Decades Of Number Ones

I started as a (mobile) DJ at a very early age. Like a lot of DJ's at that time, my ultimate goal was to make it a career and end up on Radio 1. As none of you will ever have heard of me, you can tell exactly what became of that idea!

I started doing internet radio around May 2003 on CMP Radio. After CMP closed-down at the end of December 2004 I had brief spells at a couple of other stations before I joined Reach Onair when that grew out of the ashes of CMP! However, I have not broadcast on there for some time now as I am too busy.

 

I had always wanted to get involved with hospital radio and since 2007 have done various on my local (Harrogate) station and, in 2009 gained a "Commended" certificate in that year's HBA Hospital Radio Awards; making me one of the Top Ten HR presenters in the country.
